Behold the Scruffs #226 - The Long Nap, Part 1
Hey folks. Yeah, we're back already. Sorta. The full Behold the Scruffs experience is currently on hiatus. I AM going to bring the comic back, however - I just need time to handle life stuff, as well as build up my backlog again. That may take a little while, so in the meantime I'll be posting these little once-a-week comics. Black-and-white, silent, and single-panel. Enjoy!
My current plan is to get back to the full thing in January or February 2026. Hope you stick around! See you next week! (And, uh, I'll try not to dramatically quit again in the meantime.)
Great to see you back! Looking forward to it, and supporting your work in the coming months!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see more of the single-panel comics like this even after you have your backlog built up. They tell such a nice slice-of-life story; the everyday mundane can be just as fun in my opinion. (:
...When is it Zeus's turn to help shovel?
Thanks! It is good to be back, even if I was only gone for... two weeks. I'm cutting back on the length of comics a smidge in general, so the chances that you will see single-panel, slice-of-life style stuff is pretty high.
DeleteZeus is a god. He has devoted followers to handle shoveling. He needs to rest up for, uh, god stuff.
Awesome, glad to see you're keeping it alive! It's good to see that even in black and white the world is as it should be: Zeus rests in comfort while the peasantry labor to maintain his comfort.
